Celebrating a key brand milestone with COLLECTION
Collection turned 30 in September, and our fully integrated approach to this key milestone drove brand recognition, loyalty and love.
Our branded make-over bus – complete with on-board Instagram booth – took in key shopping areas in Liverpool and London, generating mass brand awareness with passers-by, rewarding loyal fans, and driving consumers in-store with bespoke retail vouchers.
A tailored ECRM programme and targeted social ads drove signups for makeover appointments and publicised tour dates.
Meanwhile, a dedicated influencer strategy included a celebrity photo call with stars from TV show Love Island and on-board insta-famous makeup artists, appealing to COLLECTION’s young demographic, and spreading awareness of the landmark via social media and national media coverage.
Hitting the Natural Beauty Hotlist
Autumn is the season that Natural Beauty News announces their Top 25 Personalities in the world of natural beauty and we were delighted to see so many of our brilliantly inspiring friends and colleagues recognised in the top 10 this year. The hotlist, dubbed the ‘who’s who’ in natural beauty, is voted for by the natural and organic beauty industry and gives a snapshot of those driving the newest trends and leading products on the market.
Our congratulations go to Jayn Sterland, Managing Director of Weleda who took the top spot for the second year running, Lucy Pottinger, Head of Beauty and Aromatherapy from Holland and Barrett, Jo-anne Chidley, Founder of Beauty Kitchen and our very own Healthy Beauty Director, Helen Yeardsley.
Helen will be joining the other leading personalities for a round table discussion in December to talk about trend predictions for the natural beauty market for 2018 and we’re looking forward to sharing insights in due course.
The Future of Healthy Haircare with Viviscal
We brought together a multidisciplinary panel of experts to create a report on the emerging trends in healthy hair.
Specialists including session stylist Neil Moodie, colourist Samantha Cusick and industry commentator Anna Marie Solowij talked through what we can expect from this growing, vibrant and exciting marketplace in the future.
Over a futuristic-themed dinner at London’s ME Hotel, the expert panel launched the report and insights to 20 leading media and influencers, resulting in widespread coverage in the glossies.
